1. What’s included in the rental?
All of our rentals are designed to keep things simple, fair, and stress-free.
Here’s what’s included:
- -Automatic transmission
- -Full insurance coverage
- -Unlimited mileage

- -No extra fee for additional drivers
2. Insurance options?
– Basic: Included (5% deductible for damages, liability limit: 10,000 MXN / 500 USD).
– Full Coverage (optional): 3,500 MXN (up to 20 days), 0% deductible.
3. Do I need a credit card to rent?
You just need:
- -A valid driver’s license
- -A way to pay the refundable deposit (cash, debit or credit card, transfer, or Wise)
4. Do you offer delivery/pickup?
Yes! We offer private transport to and from Tulum Airport:
- -Airport transfer (Tulum Airport)
- -One-way: 2,400 MXN (~45 min drive)
- -Round-trip: 4,400 MXN
5. How to book?
- Just send us a copy of your driver’s license and pay a 4,000 MXN refundable deposit. Simple!

6. What payment methods do you accept?
We offer flexible payment options. You can pay at the time of delivery using:
- -Cash (MXN or USD)
- -Bank transfer (Mexican accounts)

Payment is done on the day your rental begins.
7. For what is the deposit?
- -Minor damages
- -Traffic fines
- -Returning the car with less fuel than agreed
The deposit is a temporary security hold during your rental. It’s there to cover any unexpected situations such as:
-Extra cleaning if necessary
If everything is returned in good condition, the full deposit is refunded at the end of your rental — no delays, no stress.
8. How do I pickup the car?
-Pickup location is sent via map link
-Delivery is optional and comes with a small fee
9.What are the rules for renting a scooter?
To rent a scooter, here’s what you need to know:
- -Valid driver’s license is required
- -Minimum rental period: 2 days
- -Delivery available: 170 MXN / 10 USD per trip
- -Refundable deposit: 2,000 MXN / 100 USD per scooter
- -Deposit is required to confirm your reservation
